Job Summary

As a Residential Roofing Sales Representative, you will be trained as a Storm Damage Expert. Our training covers all things insurance restoration, homeowner care, roofing 101, etc. You will be responsible for generating leads, inspecting properties, scheduling and meeting with insurance adjuster, and closing sales for residential roofing projects. On a routine basis, this roll will generate leads by door-knocking, prospecting with insurance agents, and gaining referrals from current and past homeowners. High-performing sales representatives must be willing to door-knock/prospect throughout the week. Sales representatives must be capable of and comfortable with setting a ladder and inspecting residential roofs.

Responsibilities 

• Contact and schedule meetings with homeowners to assess customer needs, educate them on roofing services, and provide helpful solutions.
• Utilize Best Choice Roofing sales and marketing methods to generate leads and sell services
• Maintain professional relationships with homeowners 
• Follow up and respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests
• Request customer feedback through online reviews
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of roofing systems, installation methods, and safety requirements
• Commitment to personal and team goals
• Must be comfortable climbing roofs and able to work evening and weekend hours!
• Weekly Sales Enhancement Meetings

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively convey information.
• Honesty and integrity in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• A good driving record and a valid driver's license.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective follow-up and customer management.

 This is a door-to-door role that will be performed in most elements. 

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
